I was inspired to become a nutritionist after navigating a complex relationship with food shaped by living with a severe nut allergy. This allergy brought fear, uncertainty, and restriction to many food decisions. Becoming a nutritionist and wellness coach has transformed my understanding of nourishment and continues to shape my journey of healing and growth.

I am passionate about helping clients rebuild their relationship with food and navigate chronic health challenges through personalized nutrition and lifestyle strategies. I’ve supported individuals with diabetes, metabolic imbalance, digestive issues, weight loss, 12-step food recovery programs, disordered eating, and hormonal changes like perimenopause and menopause. While I enjoy the science of nutrition, I believe nourishment is about connection, culture, and care.

My work is rooted in honoring each person's physiology and lived experience. I focus on helping clients build daily, intentional, and positive connections with food, their body, and their life. Deep work fosters the most meaningful transformations, fostering true healing and lasting change.
