This 1:1 coaching program offers personalized support to help you make meaningful changes. Together, we’ll look at the patterns that shape how you eat and live, and create a roadmap that honors your unique rhythms and goals. As your body and life shift, our work evolves with you—integrating evidence-based practices with a deep respect for your lived experience.

This complimentary call is our chance to meet and see if we’re a good fit. You’ll share a bit about your goals and what kind of change you’re seeking, while I’ll introduce my philosophy and process. Together, we’ll explore whether this approach feels aligned for you and how I can best support your next steps.

This is a deep-dive session where we map your health story and your relationship with food. We’ll explore your day-to-day rhythms, eating patterns, and lifestyle in the context of my four pillars: digestion, sleep, blood sugar balance, and stress. From here, I’ll create a personalized roadmap for you, complete with recommendations, tools, and resources designed to bring both clarity and ease to your next steps.
This session is charged separately from 45minute follow up package.

These sessions are where the real transformation unfolds. We’ll continue to explore and reframe your relationship with food—looking at patterns, goals, and roadblocks, while incorporating tools such as parts work and other relational approaches. Together, we’ll work through triggers, restriction, and mindset shifts while supporting your four pillars of well-being. Each session is an opportunity to refine, adjust, and build sustainable changes that feel right for your life.
Scheduled at two-week intervals to track progress, make adjustments, and address any new developments.Includes 8 - 45minute follow up sessions.

Between sessions, you’ll have access to me through the client portal chat function. This space is designed for clarifying questions, sharing updates, preparing topics for upcoming sessions, or managing scheduling needs. It’s my preferred way of staying connected so you feel supported throughout the process—not just during our calls.
Allow for 48 hour response time during the week, weekend messaged are returned on Mondays.
